Starting a clan?

Is it allowed to be start a UnderGroundRaceTeam ? with our own base cause i made one and i'll send it to thuron only what he needs to do is making a command for people with [UR] before his name be able to open te port and close i have very nice ideas and if it is possible i want to start a clan like that.

Why are you not making a Catagorie special for Gangs and each gang will get his own Forum with a modernator ( the leader ) ?

because we would get loads of forums in that category then.
